neutrogena deep clean eye & lip make-up remover

This is the third one that I have - does it tell you something about how good it is? 

I used to use the one from Shiseido The Skincare but believe it or not, this one from Neutrogena is as good as the Shiseido one, if not better! And also, it's way cheaper than the Shiseido one, which is around HK$80 only.

Also, this one that I am having has a major improvement in product design that I won't pour out too much at one time. Hurray!

棱角

這是在書中，最觸動我心的一句。

我想我的棱角已經被適度地磨滑了許多，已經夠了。

奇幻聖誕夜

未試過在一個如此無知的情況下去看一個表演。話說朋友問起有沒有興趣看這齣香港話劇團的音樂劇，我就隨意說好，未有了解這是一個怎樣的音樂劇，直到開場前才知道這是Charles Dickens的A Christmas Carol。喂，但為何不叫A Christmas Carol而是叫Scrooge (主人翁的姓氏)？叫A Christmas Carol就清楚多了。

演員在演戲方面的表現理想，但歌唱部份，尤其是合唱的時候，有些「你有你唱，我有我唱」情況，扣了一些分數。不過，都是值回票價的，如果今年聖誕重演的話，我會推薦大家去看的。

aromatherapy associates - rose skin tonic

近日由W Hotel的Bliss轉到文華的Oriental Spa 做facial，因此認識到aromatherapy associates這個品牌，亦開始轉用它們一系列的玫瑰的產品，其中包括這個rose skin tonic。我喜歡它淡淡的玫瑰花香，有助紓緩情緒 (我認為)。

這個產品的主要成份是rosa damascena flower water，由保加利亞玫瑰提煉而成，適合敏感、乾燥及成熟肌膚。我已經忘了價錢，大概是二、三百元吧。

黑店

一間一連兩次給顧客不是他想要的東西，還要是斬了都不奏，這不是黑店是甚麼？ 

這間花店是我朋友的朋友是店(心花怒放，http://www.heart-flowers.com)，第一次光顧是2008年，我是非常滿意的，所是才有在2009年的第二次光顧。我並沒有想過會出甚麼問題的，直到收花的朋友告訴我那毋忘我，我才知道出了岔子 – 我訂的花根本沒有毋忘我！朋友把照片傳給我，我喜歡的iris沒有了，竟然換了毋忘我！

我便打電話到花店去問，花店的人才告訴我iris沒有貨還是其他的原因，我都已經忘記了，但我清楚地向她反映了我的不滿：如果你不能給我要的花，妳應該給我打個電話，告訴我有關情況，讓我考慮一下應該怎樣處理，而不是自把自為，如果我的朋友不喜歡毋忘我，哪我怎樣才好？而且要我自己在事後才發現，哪不是太離譜了嗎？

至於今次，都是我太蠢太仁慈，我怎麼知道一間店是可以錯完再錯？同樣地，我被蒙在鼓裡，都是收花的朋友把照片傳給我，我才知道又出事。今次我電郵那店，對話如下：

I have to say I am disappointed again.
I have no clue where the green ball has gone.
This is the second time that my order doesn’t match the description and photos. I am definitely not ordering from your shop anymore.

From the florist:
really really sorry miss p,
我們不是希望你願諒,亦不敢要你再光顧,因都是我們有錯,不過希望告知你事情經過......前晚師父發現Green Ball fell 得可緊要,我想客人收到的花一值 Fall down, 一定更不好,只好叫師父把5支粉佳人玫瑰加到10支......,Green Ball not in season,供應少
死得很快,來貸只2天己經要全數報銷,希望你諒解,真的很對不起!!!

From me:
I would be really surprised if a florist did not know what is not in season when I made the order. Even if you found that out later, is it that difficult to contact me and let me know what's gone wrong and let me consider ordering something else? Does a customer always have to find out from the recipient that the order is changed? It happened last time that your shop changed the flowers without telling me and I thought i reflected my dissatisfaction clearly already.

護唇法寶 (三之一) - Sara Happ

唇部和手部一樣，是最容易被我們所忽略，一連三個blogpost會介紹我的護唇三寶。

這個包裝非常可愛

今次介紹的是Sara Happ的Lip Scrub，是用來去除老化角質層的。用法非常簡單，只要在睡前取約一個一毫子份量，然後於雙唇以打圈方式輕輕按摩約1分鐘，然後過水就可以了。我用的是vanilla bean，味道很好。這個產品的得我歡心的程度是之後我便買了同品牌的Body Scrub。

而由於這是磨沙產品，之後一定要用一些滋潤的產品，之後會詳談。
